Client didn't go for that style – what do you offer instead?
Showed them a few upright designs but they said that's not what they had in mind. Didn't want to lose them. What do you guys usually show when they want something different? We've got a few alternatives but always looking for ideas.

We keep a folder of 'plan B' designs – different shapes, one with a figure, one with just text and a cross. Usually one of those clicks.
Yeah we have those too. And we've got marble and granite options so they can switch material as well. Usually helps.
Same. Marble and granite both in stock. Sometimes they just want to see a different colour and then they're happy.
We send them the configurator link and say pick a shape and we'll work from there. Half the time they find something they like in 10 mins that we wouldn't have shown.
Second the configurator. We had a client who said no to everything. Sent them the link, they did their own thing and loved it. Sometimes they just want to feel in control.
