First time using the configurator - wow
Didn't think I'd be able to 'design' anything but the tool is pretty straightforward. Did a simple upright with our text and picked a colour. Took a screenshot and sent it to the family and everyone was on the same page. Big relief.

That's exactly what we did. Screenshot and a quick family call. No more arguing about fonts at the funeral home.

Same here. We did it on a Sunday and had it sorted by Monday. The 3D view made such a difference – my mum could actually see what we were getting.
We sent the link to the whole family. Everyone could mess with it and then we had one call to decide. Way better than emailing sketches back and forth.
