Recommended them the configurator and they loved it

We run a small monument shop. Started sending clients to the Artstone configurator so they could play with shapes and text at home. Way fewer back-and-forth emails now. Just sharing in case it helps anyone else.

Do you charge for the design or is it included when they order from you?

We include it. The time we save is worth more than charging for it. They come in with a way better idea of what they want.

Might try that. We're still doing everything by email and it's a mess.
